PACTT: Then and Now

PACTT Learning Center opened in 1993 as a very small school with a very big philosophy: Approach each student as an individual and provide the specialized educational services needed to help each one realize his or her own potential as a participating member of a family and of society.

Today, PACTT Learning Center has grown to many times its original size. The PACTT agency now encompasses a school, group homes for children and young adults with autism, vocational services that provide job training and placement for teenagers and young adults with autism, and a new community outreach division to offer consultation and training services to schools and districts.

PACTT is nationally accredited by The Council on Quality and Leadership.

"Education for a child with autism - like education for any child - should support the growth and development of the unique individual he or she is and will become."
